Acid descalers are needed in hard water areas to remove hard water scale from dishwashers, bain marries, boilers and steamers. Busy dishwashing operations can benefit from a pre-soaker for cutlery (and silver detarnishing), and removal of staining from cups and teapots.

Descaler
Whenever hard water is heated, scale can form. Scale is usually a hard off -white deposit, which resists normal cleaning. The scale must be dissolved by an acidic product.

Pre-soaker Destainer
Some dirty items, such as cutlery that has left and the food has dried, can be difficult to clean completely in a dishwashing machine. A pre-soak will soften and lift the soiling so it can be cleaned in one pass through the machine and an oxygen based destainer that will remove old stains from cups and tea pots during a soak
